The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 317 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354A(2), 354B, and 354C of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the entire case is a counter blast of L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018 which has been filed against the informant and others which is evident from Annexure-2. Moreover, the petitioner has also lodged a complaint case against the informant's prior to lodging of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30322 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 this case, Annexure-3. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 317 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
