2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) and 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner and she got married with him. The petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
