JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the order dated 31.03.2009 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc. no. 11745 of 2008, on the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner herein.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present application with a liberty to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail which should be decided on the same day considering the fact that the final form has been filed in the present case and cognizance has been taken against the petitioner after a lapse of 08 years.

The petition is disposed of.
