The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 354B, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case, as alleged in the petition. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that father of the petitioner purchased a land in favour of the opposite party no. 2, wife of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.49676 of 2016 (6) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Araria in connection with Sikty P.S.
