This application has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 26-11-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69247 of 2018.

From perusal of the order dated 26-11-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69247 of 2018, it appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail as back as in the year, 2018. The present application has been filed in the year, 2022 i.e. after a long period of four years.

Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed. If the petitioner surrenders and files regular bail in the court below, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
