Learned counsel for the State respondent has submitted that in pursuance to the direction contained in earlier order dated 20.10.2014, the amount of arrear of A.C.P. of the petitioner has been calculated as total amount of Rs.3,73,877/- (three lacs seventy three thousand eight hundred and seventy seven only) and the said amount has been paid to the petitioner by depositing the same in the Bank A/c No.10331846930 of the petitioner. According to the learned counsel for the State respondent the aforesaid amount of arrear of A.C.P. of the petitioner is as per the calculation by the State Government.

Patna High Court MJC No.769 of 2015 (6) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submitted that he has no instruction in this regard. In view of the aforesaid submission by the learned counsel for the State respondent that the direction contained in order dated 20.10.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.22851 of 2013 has been complied, the present M.J.C. application is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps for redressal of her grievance, if so advised, in accordance with law.
