This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is husband. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner has already married with another lady.

The report at flag 'X' reveals that re-conciliation had already failed.

Considering the facts and circumstances, aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
