"(i) For issuance of an order, direction or appropriate writ commanding the Respondents to impart proper training to Anganbari Sevika before introduction of "Take Home Ration" (THR) through face recognition system.

(ii) For a direction upon the Respondents to provide technical support with required electronic devices with such

(iii) Any other order / orders for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

2. Undisputedly, petitioner - Manju Kumari is a Anganbari Sevika. She wanted certain improvement in the system, therefore, she has filed the present public interest litigation. In this regard, there is no representation or demand before the concerned authority on behalf of the petitioner. That apart, petitioner has some personal interest insofar as reliefs sought in the present writ petition. On these counts, the petitioner has not made out a case. Hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
