"for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) and direction(s) to the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in which the rent of house of the petitioner may be fix because the application is pending before Respondent no. 5 since about 1 years as per available document in the nature of mandamus of present writ application as per Govt. of Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.21879 of 2014(5) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 norms and rule and for any other consequential reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitlted in the eye of law.

Respondent no. 6 may be directed to open Jamabandi in the name of petitioner relating to the land in question and accept rent from the petitioner and accordingly issue rent receipt in favour of the petitioner as the petitioner is in complete possession over the land in question since 1950 and 1960."
