JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 The petitioner has filed the present MJC application raising a grievance that the order dated 12.08.2014 passed in CWJC No.12672 of 2006, as contained in Annexure-1, is not being complied with by the opposite party concerned. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 stating therein that, in compliance of the order of this Court, the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner was considered and finally disposed of by the order dated 26.03.2015, as contained in Annexure-A to the show cause.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is satisfied that no case for initiation of contempt of Court proceeding is made out. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order dated 26.03.
