2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 681 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased was killed by Abhay Kumar, Babli Kumar and Chotu Kumar. The petitioner has not participated in the killing of the deceased. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner had carried the deadbody of the deceased to the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner
