Petitioners apprehend their his arrest in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S.Case No. 22 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant and FIR shows that the girl was seen taking away by Prakash Thakur and Vinod Thakur on bike.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner No.1 is brother of Prakash Thakur and petitioner No.2 is mother of Prakash Thakur and except that there is nothing against them.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33697 of 2018 (3) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S.Case No. 22 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioners have to co-operate in investigation and assist the Investigating Officer to trace out the girl.
