The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case with ulterior motive. He has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that in the present case, the first information report has been lodged after lapse of one year.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
