On going through the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner initially created document in favour of the respondent no. 6 for developing the plot by constructing multi-storied building. Subsequently, a dispute arose between them and the petitioner unilaterally revoked/cancelled the Power of Attorney.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16676 of 2013 (3) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 The present application seeks a direction upon the respondents particularly Nagar Parishad, Danapur to cancel the project map of the respondent no. 6.

The counsel for the respondent-State as well as the Nagar Parishad, Danapur have rightly submitted that a dispute of such nature, which is between two individuals, cannot be resolved in writ jurisdiction. The remedy lies elsewhere. Agreeing with the submission of the respondents, the writ application is dismissed. Dismissal of this application shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from ventilating his grievance before appropriate Forum/Authority in accordance with law.
