JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 353, 504, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners, during pendency of the investigation were on police bail and they have not misused th privilege of police bail.

In such view of the matter, let petitioners surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below shall decide the case consider the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that they were on police bail earlier.
