JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. i) For quashing the order dated 21.8.2013 (Annexure-7) passed by Bihar Human Rights Commission in Case bearing File No. BHRC/Comp.

3845/12 whereby and whereunder the petitioners have been directed to pay compensation to the respondent No. 3 herein who was the applicant before the respondent No. 1 Commission to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7270 of 2014(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 the tune of Rs. 40,000/- within six weeks from the date of the said order on the ground that there had been delay of nearly two and a half years in payment of his Gratuity which according to Respondent no. 1 Commission amounted to denial of quality life."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent no. 3 has pointed out that since the order dated 21.08.2013 passed by the Bihar Human Rights Commission in Case bearing File No. BHRD/Comp. 3845/12 has already stood complied with inasmuch as amount of gratuity has stood paid to the Respondent No. 3, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. This aspect of the matter is not refuted by the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
