JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present bail petition with liberty to surrender and file a regular bail petition.

Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned court shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose off the same on the same day considering the fact that as far as the petitioner Kamlesh Yadav is concerned, he has not been named in the FIR and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against him.

In the meantime, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of two weeks from today. The present petition is disposed off.
