2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 379 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these two petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted informant and also tried to dash him with the tractor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that injuries, allegedly caused by these petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
