Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Save and except suspicion, there is no material against this petitioner showing complicity in the alleged crime. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 93 of 2008.
