After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatauni Police Station Case No.54 of 2019, pending in the court of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari, with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned and seek regular bail. Permission is accorded.
