JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.10.2022, passed in CWJC No. 2700 of 2020, the Circle Officer, Dinara, DistrictRohtas, has passed the final order on 18.05.2023 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 24 of 2022-23 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and the

Patna High Court MJC No.1286 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 encroachment in question has also stood removed, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachment in question has not been removed fully, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, who be directed to enquire into the matter and remove the remaining encroachment, forthwith. It is directed accordingly. 2.

The contempt petition stands disposed off.
