2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i. For directing the Respondent Authorities, particularly the District Magistrate Buxar, the Additional Collector Buxar, and the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.7434 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/3 Officer Brahampur, to immediately physically demarcate the land and formally hand over the physical, peaceful, and vacant possession of the 9 Decimals of land (situated at Mauza Rajpur, Khata 343, Khesra 1797) to the Petitioners in strict compliance with the sovereign settlement order passed in Settlement Case 2 of 2002 and 2003 and the explicit recommendation dated 21-10-2024; ii. For directing the Respondent Authorities to provide immediate and adequate police and administrative protection to the marginalized Scheduled Caste Petitioners during and after the handing over of possession, ensuring that they can peacefully enter, cultivate the land, and harvest their agricultural crops without any physical intimidation, violence, or administrative hindrance; iii.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7434 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 3/3 violates the Petitioners' fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21, and 300A of the Constitution of India;

iv. Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice, equity, and good conscience."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioners is/are allowed to approach the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Buxar for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the Collector, Buxar alongwith all the relevant documents within the period of four weeks who shall be taking up the matter and after noticing/hearing the parties, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law at an earliest.
