2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and two others were caught. One K.G. of Charas and loaded pistol have been recovered. Rs. 23,000/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner who disclosed that the same was looted from Bandhan Bank, Simra.

4. Petitioner is involved in the dacoity committed in the Bandhan Bank and has been caught with illegal arms and Charas. He is in jail since 10.06.2023. Petitioner is accused in three more cases.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
