Since this application under Article-226 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, relates to service matter in the sense that this petition puts to

Patna High Court CWJC No.19927 of 2014 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 challenge the appointment of teachers, we are clearly of the view that this application is misconceived and cannot, therefore, be sustained.

Situated thus, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application in future, if so advised, and/or to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
