JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 08-09-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14570 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner went to surrender in the court below but since the order of this court was not on record, he could not surrender and till 16-10-2017, the order of this Hon'ble Court was not communicated to the court below. In the meantime, the time for surrender given by this court expired.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further six weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, in that event, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 08-09-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14570 of 2017.
