The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 5399 of 2017 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017 registered under Sections 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concerned with the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.34330 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 5399 of 2017 arising out of Fatuha P.S.
