The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 304(B), 365 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail as earlier the same was rejected by order dated 10.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49582 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and the husband now has surrendered and is in custody as would be evident from Annexure-4 to the bail application.
Since the husband of the deceased has surrendered, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29127 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
