JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioner wants to get the order dated 31.1.2013 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms in Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 101 of 2012-13, implemented. According to Mr. Sushant Kumar Das the order is not being carried. While making such submission he also fairly admits that no execution case in terms of Section 15 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') has yet been filed.

In the circumstances, this Court without expressing any opinion as regarding the merit of the order disposes of the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.16630 of 2013 (3) dt.31-07-2015 petition permitting the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy so available to him under Section 15 of 'the Act'. It is made clear that I have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and / or whether the order itself is sustainable in law.
