Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 432 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that when informant was returning to his house, petitioner Gajendra Singh called him and one Pandit Ji caught him and thereafter accused Ajay Sharma assaulted him, causing injuries.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have not been charge sheeted and cognizance has not

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 432 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
