The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram(M) P.S. Case No. 427 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 337, 338, 353, 414, 504 of the I.P.C., 27 of the Arms Act and 47(A) of the Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It would appear from the supplementary affidavit that for the same occurrence, a separate case has been lodged against the petitioner and his family members by the Police, in which petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by the trial Court itself, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43763 of 2016 (20) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 supplementary affidavit.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 427 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
