JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajpur PS Case No. 165 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 353 and 506 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that large number of villagers were protesting and blocked the road for demand of electrification of the village.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. No injury or any overt act was committed except blockage of the road. Similarly situated other accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52914 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 petitioners, namely, Dinesh Chouhan and Bechu Chouhan in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VIIth Buxar in connection with Rajpur PS Case No. 165 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
