Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 647 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34211 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.
