Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle from which the alleged recovery is said to have been made.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34478 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
