IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.4516 of 2015 ===========================================================

1. Biprendra Kumar Son of Sri Ujjwal Prakash Tiwari, Resident of Sheohar Babhantoli, P.S. Sheohar, District - Sheohar. .... .... Petitioner/s

Versus

1. The State of Bihar through Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

2. Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

3. The Joint Director Agriculture (Extension) Bihar, Patna. .... .... Respondent/s =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Abinash Kumar For the Respondent/s : Mrs. Kumari Amrita, GP 10 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-03-2015 Petitioner wants priority to be given for selection on contractual basis as a Kisan Salahkar because he claims that he has requisite experience behind him.

Any benefit of experience or training can only be extended or weightage given provided the advertisement provides for such a weightage to be given to candidates. Counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that there is none. If that be so then there is nothing for this Court to offer in terms of direction as to what should be the criteria or the parameters over and above what has been advertised for selection of such candidates to work as advisors in the district.

Writ application, therefore, has no merit. No direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.4516 of 2015 dt.25-03-2015 2/2 can be given for providing weightage for experience in favour of the petitioner because there is no provision in this regard in the advertisement.

Writ is dismissed.
