The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 324C of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act Learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the parties submit that petitioner and complainant are living peacefully as wife and husband with full love, affection and dignity. Further submission is that the mediation is also successful. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
