JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016, registered under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute in between the petitioners and the complainant-opposite party no. 2 has already been settled and accordingly petitioners have paid Rs.1,20,000/- to the complainant-opposite party no. 2.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2000 of 2017 (8) dt.03-10-2017 Learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 submits that the dispute has already been settled in between the petitioners and the complainant-opposite party no. 2 and he has no grievance against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ktihar, in connection with Katihar Town (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
