Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 89 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 386, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner along with others entered inside the office of the informant, threatened him and demanded Rs.1 lakh from him as extortion.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that prior to filing of present case he has lodged an information to the Superintendent of Police, Nawada with regard to illegal sand excavation and selling of illegal wine against the informant and due to that the present false case has been filed.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 89 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
