Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,379,447,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the past, prayer for anticipatory bail was refused to the petitioner on 11.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.14868 of 2019 on merit of this case. The petitioner neither surrendered after rejection of prayer for anticipatory bail nor challenged the same before the superior Court. Now again, prayer has been renewed which is nothing but abuse of the process of the Court. The Court was inclined to dismiss this application with heavy cost. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39310 of 2021(2) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 withdraw this application in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No.394 of 2018 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Accordingly, it stands dismissed.

Learned Trial Court shall take coercive step against the petitioner for his early apprehension so that the trial may expedite.
