====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4(1-A), 21(i) of the D.E. Act, Section 40(1) of the B.M. Act and Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

The informant alleges that two trucks were apprehended laden with cloths for illegal business of stone. Learned counsel for the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that he came to be implicated as he is the owner of one of the alleged truck, it is next submitted that petitioner was completely unaware that the vehicle would be misused for such

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
