Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence under sections 420/467/468/406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to prosecution case, he submits that earlier petitioner was working in the company of informant namely, Prashan Honda Private Ltd and due to some reason he was terminated. After termination, the petitioner started working in Kamal Auto and it is alleged by the informant that petitioner has delivered 11 forged insurance policy in the name of informant

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly three months and he has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019.
