2. The present modification petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3661 of 2026, whereby the petitioner was granted bail by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, due to inadvertence, in the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3661 of 2026, the residential district of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Begusarai," whereas it should have been "Patna" in the cause title of the bail application.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the residential district of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3661 of 2026 shall be read as "District - Patna" in place of "District - Begusarai."

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands allowed and the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Criminal Misc No. 3661 of 2026 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
