The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been informed that he belongs to R2 category and from the cut off date onward, he is not entitled to the salary. He further submits that for the earlier period he must be paid his arrear according to U.G.C. pay scale.

Respondents have controverted the submission of the petitioner and submits that as the petitioner belongs to R2 category he is not entitled to any arrear, so much so, the issue with respect

Patna High Court MJC No.429 of 2013 (7) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 to entitlement of employees falling in R2 category is under consideration before Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.B. Sinha Commission. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the matter any further. This contempt application is dismissed.
