Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Health Department to consider the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-8 which according to him has remained pending for disposal at his level leading to the filing of the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such disposal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9146 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having considered the submission so made, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition itself with the direction to the Principal Secretary, Health Department to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-8 in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by speaking order.
