The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the order of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28962 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 no. 7, petitioner no. 1 and co-accused Monu Bhagat assaulted over the head of informant by means of iron rod. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 3 gave Farsa blow over the head of brother of informant.

It is submitted that due to petty dispute, an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Injuries sustained by the injured are reported to be simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
