The present writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to pay the arrears of salary under different heads amounting to Rs.18,49,264/- to the petitioner. 3.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.3 (The Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara) within a period of three weeks and the respondent no.3 is well advised to pass a reasoned and a speaking order, after hearing the parties and in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.12478 of 2021(3) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter. 4.

Petitioner, if found entitled to any payment, such payment shall be made within a further period of two months thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed off.
