2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act registered in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014.

3. At the outset, learned APP submits that the F.I.R. has been filed as far back as in the year 2014, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2019 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

4. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any cause for immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory bail petition has been filed about five years after filing of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30691 of 2019(3) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 F.I.R., this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
