The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.554 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is own nephew of the injured and he has assaulted with iron rod causing serious injury upon him. In the circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court.
