Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.472 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he had sold a T.V. which was found defective. It appears from the impugned order as well that the petitioner had replaced the T.V. and had submitted that if the informant still feels that there is some deficiency in service on his part he may invoke the jurisdiction of consumer forum.
In the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53852 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 today, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.472 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
