Patna High Court CWJC No.1491 of 2015 (2) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 Notification, dated 15th October, 2014, whereby three years statutory tenure of the Selection Committee under the provision of Rule 24 (3) of the Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Rule, 2003, was extended for six months. Mr. Verma, learned counsel for the State, points out that after the expiry of the said period the Juvenile Justice Board has been reconstituted.

In view of such fact, there is no subsisting grievance of the writ petitioner, which may warrant interference by this Court.

The application is dismissed.
