JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the other side submit that the parties have settled the dispute in terms of conditions of Mediation proceeding no. 136 of 2017. A copy of the report dated 22.6.2017 is annexed to the report. In view of the above, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad Bihar in Mahila Police station Case No. 16 of 2016 dated 3.6.2016.

Petitioner would be at liberty to file an application under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act before the appropriate court.
